When I was in University and started to apply the things I was learning to myself, I saw the power that nutrition had.
Then I started making my mom apply all the things I was doing and I couldn't believe how happy it made her. As a single mom, she was starting to feel like herself again. She started getting an unmatched confidence in her body and strength. She said she was no longer surviving, she felt in control.
This was so powerful to me that it led me to create the GBG Method.

Guillermo and I have been working since 2021! We’ve had different goals in the past but this year was different I lost around 10lbs from a rough 1st and 2nd trimester of pregnancy. I went from 125lbs to 135lbs he helped put me on a plan make sure I was eating nutritional food with all changes in tastes and smells that come along with pregnancy, making sure I tracked my water intake, and energy levels that take a toll from all the physical changes.
