HOW DOES YOUR PROGRAM WORK? HOW DOES ONE GET STARTED?
We offer nutrition coaching to help you reach your goals. You are not tied down a time commitment. The way we get to your goal is unique for everybody because we offer a wide variety of options to best meet your needs. Anywhere from free resources, all-ready to go programs, to 1-1 personalized coaching. This is why we recommend to book an assessment call with coach Guillermo so you can decide the best option for you. The call will only take 15-30 min of your time and there is no charge associated. Capacity for each program may vary.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH EXERCISE?
No. We can work with all levels of fitness
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES GAINS BY GUILLERMO TAKE?
Payments are accepted through the website while booking your services. We also accept, Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal depending on the plan offered. Payment of services must be made prior to the first consult.
DO YOU ONLY PROVIDE SERVICES IN ENGLISH?
No. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish. Coaching services and even meal plans are provided in preferred language.
DO YOU PROVIDE MEAL PLANS OR MENUS?
I do not give pre-made meal plans as nobody really eats the same thing everyday. I will prescribe calorie and macro prescription goals with meal examples and choices. For those that need help counting calories, I do provide a macronutrient tracking sheet that will help teach basics of nutrition, but you are not required to count calories. I do that for you. No matter what level you are at, I will meet you there to reach your goals.
CAN I MAKE CANCELLATIONS?
All cancellations must be before services begin for a full refund. This will vary depending on the situation but communication with coach is required to see if cancelling is the best option for both parties. Most plans have a 30 day cancellation policy, therefore cancellation has to be before the 30 day mark to avoid upcoming monthly payment.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT BUT I STILL WANT TO CONTINUE MY PROGRAM?
Any rescheduling must be done with a 24 hours notice or else will be counted as a missed appointment. The rescheduling will depend on availability.
In case of no show, no call. That will result in a missed appointment. If it happens with a free 30 min call, then you do NOT get another free 30 min call, you must purchase a service if still interested.
