Welcome! Let me have the pleasure of working with you, here is a brief intro to me and my background in nutrition!

I graduated from SDSU with a BS in Food Nutrition in 2016 and since then I have become a Dietitian Technician. For the past 8+ years and I have worked with people who suffered chronic diseases like diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension, obesity, etc. 

But I have a passion for fitness (and although I am not a trainer) I do a lot of research pertaining to muscle hypertrophy and strength. In my own programs, I have been able to take my physique from 130 pounds to 225 pounds without reaching above 15% body fat.


I am very passionate about working with weight management the correct way, and I want to have the opportunity to teach you! I firmly believe in providing the most value for your time and money. I do not give you pre-made/general meal plans, we work together through coaching, on building a meal guide and training programs that fit YOU!
