This is Phase 1 and 2 of the program and it includes 8, 1-hour nutrition sessions, teaching you how to achieve your desired goals. This is where most of the fat burning and muscle gaining happens!

LIFESTYLE OPTIMIZER
Keep your results FOREVER
This is all 3 Phases of the program and it includes 12, 1-hour nutrition sessions, teaching you how to fix your metabolism, get to your goal and keep it! Everybody struggles with keeping the results that they achieve, let me teach you how to maintain them forever!
